OATMEAL DELUXE
This hearty oatmeal breakfast will give you the energy you need to get through the morning while packing a mix of powerhouse ingredients (hello antioxidants!). This recipe is great if you're trying to clean up your diet, but yummy enough to eat even if you're not.
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup oatmeal/hot cereal
- 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup pear, chopped
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- Agave to taste, if desired
Preparation
- Prepare oatmeal according to package directions, replacing water with almond milk
- Top with fruit and walnuts
Serves 1.
